** About This Role
*** Data Quality & Transfer:
Review and verify accuracy and completeness of utility asset data exchanged between Asset Management, Granit Net, EIT, and related teams
* Liaison Role:
Serve as a key contact between EIT, Capital Projects, and other departments to ensure consistent alignment of asset data across systems
* Data Integrity:
Identify, resolve, and correct discrepancies, errors, or omissions in asset data before uploading to management systems
* Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure inspections comply with NASSCO standards and Utility Asset Management Plan requirements
* CCTV Review:
Analyze wastewater collection system CCTV footage to assess condition, compliance, and maintenance needs
* Risk & Capital Planning:
Recommend corrective actions and prioritize Capital Improvement Projects based on inspection results and asset risk profiles
* Reporting:
Prepare timely, accurate reports summarizing data quality, compliance audits, and CCTV findings to meet regulatory and management requirements
* Cross-Department

Collaboration:

Work with GIS, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and consistent asset information
* Process Improvement & Oversight:
Develop and maintain document templates, audit processes, and business practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk management
* Project Management:
Lead and oversee asset management initiatives, flow monitoring, infrastructure assessments, and rehabilitation programs, ensuring delivery of County objectives

** About You
**** Minimum Qualifications**:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
** AND
* * seven (7) years in capital improvement (CIP) experience or job-related professional experience* **-OR
- ** Master's degree in a related field
** AND
* * six (6) years in capital improvement (CIP) experience or job-related professional experience* **-OR
- ** Project experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis depending on the type of experience
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Certification for PACP, MACP & LACP through NASSCO and/or demonstrated knowledge of structural assessments
* Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience over utility collections#

**** Starting Pay Range:**  $83,000.00 - $/ annually, based on experience### ###
