• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in electrical engineering
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and applicable IEEE standards
• Proven experience in electrical power distribution design projects; experience with mission‑critical facilities is a plus
• Solid understanding of electrical power system equipment, including switch gear, transformers, panel boards, generators, UPS systems, and related components
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience leading projects and coordinating engineering activities
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with direct client interaction experience
• Proactive, forward‑thinking mindset with a willingness to learn best practices and contribute innovative ideas
• Ability to learn quickly and continuously expand technical knowledge
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for buildings, construction, and infrastructure design

Must have:
Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with Medium Voltage (MV) electrical system design
• Working knowledge of Revit and/or BIM software
