Walbridge is seeking a highly motivated Scheduler to support business goals and provide comprehensive project schedules. You will create and update schedules at milestones, provide regular progress updates, and collaborate closely with construction and engineering teams.
LocationRemote US; willing to travel to client projects long‑term.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with pre‑construction manager, project managers, engineers, superintendents, contractors, and other staff to plan from concept through construction.
- Set schedule logic, realistic activity durations, resource availability; evaluate design changes and delays.
- Communicate schedule updates to management and clients.
- Engage with stakeholders including owner, general contractor, subcontractors, suppliers; present reports.
- Track progress via metrics, adjust plans to meet changing requirements.
- Ensure quality through sequencing adjustments.
- Continuously seek process improvements with innovative technologies or methodologies.
- 10+ years related scheduling experience.
- Experience scheduling $50M+ projects in general, electrical, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, utilities.
- Proficient in gathering, maintaining, reporting, and analyzing schedule data.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and passport; willing to travel ~70%.
- Excellent communication and organizational coordination across cross‑functional teams.
- Strong time management, ability to handle administrative tasks and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project plans.
