Responsibilities- Management of materials including Test & Measurement Equipment, Pre-Production Hardware such as Boards and Silicon (HVPIP), VEET, Computers and servers, and Consumables
- Shipping, Receiving, and tracking associated materials, including Check In/Out to the end users.
- Searching for material reuse within the lab
- Moving of packages and equipment around the lab and campus
- Labeling materials with 2D/3D barcodes, RFID tags, and custom labels
- Maintain the accuracy of the various tracking systems used to manage materials
- Conduct periodic audits of tracked materials to ensure data accuracy and look for underutilized materials
- Prepare physical materials for end of life, including removing from tracking databases, wiping/sanitizing any confidential information, and basic decontamination such as battery and water removal
- Appropriate disposal/recycling of Materials per Corporate Requirements
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of inventory storage in the warehouse and lab, including disposal and recycling of packing materials
- Tools used include barcode scanners, label printers, packing machines, motorized shelving, and electronic storage lockers. Software applications include Word, Excel, label printing software, and internal software tools such as ISMP and Vortex/Wombat
- Lifting of objects up to 35 lbs is required, along with usage of moving equipment such as carts, dolly, hand trucks, and mechanical lift.
The expected salary range for this position is between $50,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
