The

Position

Responsible for assisting Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts. Contributes to a fun and engaging guest experience. Works in a positive and supportive manner with other team members to create an elevated experience for our guests.

  • Assists Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts.
  • Represents Seven Feathers Casino Resort in a positive, professional manner both on and off property for each event or promotion.
  • Promptly greets guests and efficiently handles duties assigned.
  • Ensures warm, courteous, and hospitable service with each interaction.
  • Gains information and education through pre-function meetings, briefings, or planning prior to events.

Requirements
  • Able to read, write and comprehend written instructions.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to be available when business needs arise.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
  • Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
