We are looking for a licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aesthetics or skincare. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in delivering exceptional treatments while promoting services and retail products.

• Perform a range of aesthetic services, including facials, peels, extractions, and other advanced treatments.

• Conduct thorough consultations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend professional products to maintain results.

• Maintain a clean and organized treatment space in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and equipment to provide the best care.

• Assist in achieving sales goals by promoting services and retail offerings.

• Valid Esthetician license in Oregon.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a medspa, aesthetics clinic, or similar environment.

• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional, reliable, and passionate about client satisfaction.

• Comfortable with sales and product recommendations.

• Pay: $30/hour + Commission on services and retail sales.
