Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Pay range: $19 - $24.

• Work one-on-one with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support children in achieving their individualized goals.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification after completing onboarding.
