Armworks Hand Therapy was started in 2006 by certified hand therapist Ryan Glover to provide caring and excellent therapy to the elbow, wrist, and hand. Our team of therapists focuses on being educators, coaches, and guides so that patients have a positive experience during their hand therapy journey. We enjoy team collaboration through regular in‑services where we share case studies and treatment ideas to grow as therapists and deliver the best outcomes.
We are excited to have joined Sports Care Physical Therapy in 2024 to form Sports Care and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy. We now provide a cohesive, comprehensive OT and PT treatment approach to seven clinic locations in the Portland, Oregon area with a 90‑member team.
Job DescriptionArmworks is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude to join our team as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist interested in Hand Therapy in our Clackamas clinic location for immediate hire.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA or APTA curriculum.
- Current state of OR license, current CHT license, CPR certification.
- Experience in splinting preferred, or strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
- Experience as a therapist who is a coach, guide, and educator for patients.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
- A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy and patient care.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi‑therapist team environment.
Salary Range: $78,624 - $93,912 (dependent upon hand therapy experience)
Minimum Experience:
New graduate with strong level 2 fieldwork in Hand Therapy; experience in or enthusiasm for custom splinting preferred
