Zenith Performance & Wellness is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our integrated care team. We specialize in bridging the gap between rehab and performance, providing clients with hands‑on recovery and education that supports lasting results.

• Provide professional massage sessions (sports, deep tissue, recovery, or relaxation-focused) tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and strength coaches for integrated care plans.
• Educate clients on recovery techniques, mobility, and at‑home care between sessions.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client records in PT Everywhere.
• Uphold hygiene, professionalism, and safety standards in treatment spaces.
• Support community and wellness events to grow client relationships.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset — staying curious and committed to learning.

• Licensed Massage Therapist (Oregon LMT required)
• Strong skills in sports, deep tissue, and recovery massage
• Passion for working with active adults and athletes
• Excellent communication and client education skills
• Team mindset — collaborates with PTs and strength coaches

Compensation ranges $40–$50 per 60‑minute session, depending on experience. Includes bonus opportunities, flexible hours, marketing support, and continuing education options.
