Our opportunity is serving an acute care facility, located in Oregon, OH for 40 hours/week. This is a 13‑week contract with the possibility of extension. Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent pay.
Responsibilities- Completing clinical nutrition assessments
- Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic licensure
- Positive attitude
- Client centered
- Good communication skills
