, you’ll keep interior and exterior areas pristine, support guests, and help uphold the company’s mission to put the world on vacation.

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests both indoors and outdoors.
• Perform housekeeping throughout the resort, including dusting, polishing furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Wash floors, windows, counters, walls, and woodwork; sweep, scrub, mop floors, clean and vacuum carpets.
• Re‑supply restrooms and locker rooms with paper products and other necessary supplies.
• Remove trash, pick up debris, empty containers, and transport materials to disposal and recycling areas.
• Observe precautions to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found items to supervisors.
• Respond promptly and completely to guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and associates.

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.
