Degree in human resources management, business administration or similar field and a minimum of 1 year work experience in a position which included the following responsibilities.
Key responsibilities- Recruiting and assisting in applicant interviews
- Conducting orientations
- Assisting in employee reviews
- Conducting and analyzing exit interviews
- Maintaining employee benefits programs
- Educating employees about their benefits
- Assisting in obtaining and evaluating benefit contracts
- HR related tracking and recordkeeping
- Processing time and accounts payable
- Clerical duties
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and in business writing. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The successful candidate will be honest, exhibit an extremely high level of integrity, be dependable, capable and eager to accept responsibility.
