Help us build great teams that change communities. Join Gorman & Company as an HR Talent Acquisition Coordinator and play a key role in creating a positive, professional, and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across our organization.
What You'll Do
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities from job posting through offer acceptance
Conduct hiring manager intake meetings and provide guidance on recruiting processes
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage initial candidate outreach
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Prepare and send offer letters, onboarding materials, and recruiting communications
Initiate and track background checks and pre-employment requirements
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage the shared recruiting inbox
Contribute creative ideas to improve attraction, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent required
One to two years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative coordination, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems and MS Office products
Workday experience preferred
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record with ability to travel overnight as needed
Located within Wisconsin
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary of $50,000 annually, with opportunities for growth as you develop in the role
