Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for a motivated doer. The candidate should be a seasoned
Salesforce Solution expert
who thrives on quickly transforming business requirements into
scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
. The ideal candidate has a
strong hands-on approach
and can rapidly build/prototype with compelling UX (User Experience) including Solution Design, Build, Integration to demo a complete MVP (Minimum Viable Product) leveraging
Salesforce configurations, coding (LWC & Apex), and automation tools
.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rapid Prototyping & Solution Engineering:

• Convert
  business needs into functional Salesforce solutions
  on the fly.
• Build
  customer-facing demos
  with minimal lead time, using Salesforce-native capabilities.
• Prototype solutions leveraging
  Flow, Process Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
  .
• Demonstrate expertise in
  multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
  , including
  Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud
  .

2. Architecture, Development & Implementation Expertise:

• Architect and implement
  scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
  .
• Utilize best practices in
  configuration, declarative automation, and Apex custom development
  .
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems using
  APIs, Mule Soft, or middleware
  .
• Optimize performance, usability, and security across Salesforce platforms.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Pre-Sales Support:

• Partner with
  business stakeholders, product owners, and sales teams
  to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to build rapid POCs and demos for prospective clients.
• Translate complex technical concepts into
  easy-to-understand demonstrations and presentations
  .

4. Automation, Dev Ops & Best Practices:

• Drive process automation with
  Flows, Workflows, and Omnistudio (if applicable).
• Implement
  CI/CD pipelines
  for Salesforce deployments (Copado, Git, Jenkins, etc.).
• Ensure best practices in
  security, scalability, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience
  in Salesforce solution engineering, architecture, and development.
• Strong expertise in
  Salesforce configurations, Flows, Apex, LWC, and integrations
  .
• Proven ability to create customer demos quickly
  using out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with
  Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  (Marketing Cloud a plus).
• Knowledge of
  Salesforce Security Model, SSO, OAuth, and role-based access control
  .
• Strong presentation and demo skills
  , comfortable engaging with customers directly.
• Salesforce Certifications
  (Application Architect, System Architect, or relevant certs preferred).
