Reltio MDM Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reltio MDM Architect with Real Handson experience to join our growing team. As a Reltio MDM Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and accessibility of our critical business data.

This role requires a deep understanding of MDM principles, Reltio platform expertise, and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Solution Design & Architecture:
  Design and architect robust and scalable MDM solutions using the Reltio platform, considering business requirements, data governance policies, and integration needs.
• Reltio Configuration & Development:
  Configure and customize the Reltio platform, including data modeling, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Data Integration:
  Design and implement data integration processes between Reltio and various source systems using APIs, connectors, and other integration tools.
• Data Quality Management:
  Define and implement data quality rules and processes within Reltio to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Performance Tuning & Optimization:
  Monitor and optimize the performance of the Reltio platform, including query optimization, indexing, and caching strategies.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentoring & Guidance:
  Mentor and guide junior team members on Reltio MDM best practices and development techniques.
• Documentation:
  Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
• Staying Current:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest Reltio features, releases, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data management and MDM implementations.
• Expertise onreal time integration of Reltio with Multiple Source systems like Salesforce, Oracle, Snowflake, Excel
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with the Reltio MDM platform. (Be specific about the desired Reltio experience, e.g., “Experience with Reltio 360 platform is required.”)
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Strong experience in data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.
• Proficiency in Reltio configuration, development, and API integration.
• Experience with various integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST APIs, ETL tools).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
