IT Supervisor

• Manage and maintain data center and virtualization systems (Hyper-V)
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure
• Oversee POS systems, telephony, and hardware across all locations
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and Active Directory
• Coordinate IT hardware procurement, installation, and inventory
• Liaise with vendors for upgrades, support, and contracts
• Provide hands-on technical support and maintain documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware components.
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Online, Hyper-V, Cisco, and Meraki platforms.
• Familiarity with POS hardware, guest Wi-Fi setups.

  Windows Server/Hyper-V, Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals, Cisco Certified (CCNA, CCNP)
• Strong organizational, communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
