** To join our team as a Program Consultant! In this role, you will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs. This role supports the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers in the state of Oregon. You will focus on developing and implementing strategies to support market education on Program objectives.
** Candidates must be based in Oregon be to considered. This role will require quarterly overnight travel.

*** Develop and implement market educational plans driven by Program objectives and market needs.
* Create educational and training tools and communications.
* Lead planning for educational and industry training events.
* Facilitate cross-functional coordination with multiple parties, including the Program, the Client, and market actors such as contractors, distributors and manufacturers.
