We are seeking experienced Technical Product Managers – AI/ML to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of high-impact AI/ML
-powered digital products, including Conversational AI and Business Intelligence (
BI
) solutions. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and platform capabilities, shaping scalable AI/ML experiences that deliver meaningful business impact.

• Define product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML solutions
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation
• Translate business needs into technical product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Develop or review technical prototypes when needed
• Demonstrate AI/ML products and communicate how they integrate with surrounding platform components
• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, platform teams
  , product leads, and business partners
• Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives)
• Track key product metrics: adoption, performance, cost efficiency, and user success
• Stay informed on emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve performance
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team alignment
• Communicate technical concepts and product strategies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

• 8+ years experience in product management, product ownership, or consulting focused on AI/ML, data, or analytics
• Experience participating in multiple full-cycle product deliveries
• Strong background building or integrating AI/ML frameworks, pipelines, and scalable architectures
• Experience with ML model development, deployment, and optimization
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid Chart, and Agile methodologies
• Strong storytelling abilities to articulate product impact across the organization
• Experience working in matrixed enterprise environments with complex stakeholder groups

• A strategic thinker passionate about AI/ML and its ability to solve real-world problems
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, capable of producing strong product artifacts and collaborating closely with engineering
