We are seeking a Product Manager – Digital 3 to define and deliver next-generation Conversational AI and Business Intelligence (BI) products.

This role requires a blend of product strategy, AI/ML understanding, technical depth, and the ability to drive execution within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap for Conversational AI / BI products
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams
• Convert business needs into detailed product requirements, epics, and user stories
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven features and solutions
• Evaluate user feedback, data insights, and market trends to enhance product capabilities
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in measurable business impact
• Drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and clear blockers to meet delivery timelines
• Measure product success through adoption, performance, and operational efficiency metrics

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, generative AI, or data platforms
• Understanding of BI/analytics systems and reporting tools
• Prior experience in Conversational AI platforms
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
