• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in business analyst roles at investment management organizations.
• Substantial knowledge of the end-to-end investment operations lifecycle across asset classes, including the processes, workflows, and investment platforms/systems used to support the investment business.
• Experience of post Trade Processing in Sim Corp Dimension would be a significant plus.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, draft, and validate business requirements and workflows, and assist with the functional design of solutions.
• Develop, execute, and document user test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance.
• In partnership with technology, end users, and other stakeholders, manage and execute functional testing of system enhancements/changes resulting from the work effort.
• Develop, and/or assist in the development, of end-user training materials and coordinate/ conduct user training.
• Pro-active communication to project team, stakeholders, senior management, and the wider organization. Managing expectations is key.
• Escalate issues and risks accordingly and help drive their resolution – providing input as needed.
• Prepare well-structured materials and audience appropriate messaging.
• Experience with other Portfolio Management/ Risk Management systems: e.g., Blackrock Aladdin, Fact Set, MSCI.
• Experience with Order/ Execution Management systems: e.g., Charles River, Flex ONE, etc.
• Experience with Enterprise Management systems for Finance & HR: e.g., Workday, SAP, etc.

• Experience in configuring, connecting, enhancing, and implementing a main platform for portfolio management, trading, compliance, and operations, and finance – supporting a variety of investment instruments.

• Role will be to focus on implementation, integration, and process improvement efforts across the End-to-End process. Functionally, pre and post trade processing, position management and performance, finance, and other areas of support. Project Overview: multi-year project to implement a best of breed platform that will support its public markets and asset allocation strategies. New implementation of an OMS / EMS as well as support the in sourcing of various middle office functions to support an internal Investment Book of Record (IBOR).
