CDN is seeking a Project Manager responsible for developing and refining project objectives and requirements, building project plans, estimating costs and timelines, managing changes, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope and budget. The role involves monitoring work progress, managing communication among stakeholders, and overseeing project deliverables to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
• Identify and resolve issues through regular meetings with project team members.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards and prepare status reports.
• Establish and execute effective communication plans.
• Manage change requests, impacts on schedule and budget, and develop user manuals and training materials.
• Identify new opportunities with clients and manage customer satisfaction during project transitions.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and oversee ERP project activities.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.

Ensure timely, within scope, and within budget project delivery. Develop detailed project scopes, objectives, and plans involving all stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability. Use verification techniques to manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, and track project performance with appropriate tools. Report progress to management, manage client relationships, perform risk management, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Strong educational background in computer science or engineering preferred for technical project managers.
• Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
• Solid technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
