As an e‑Commerce Tech Lead, you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, providing updates, and conducting solution walkthroughs and demos
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and ensure their feasibility within project timelines
• Coordinate and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery of milestones
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, task allocation, and risk management
• Provide hands‑on technical support, particularly in JavaScript/Type Script stacks, including Node.js, Vue.js, or related frameworks
• Review code, assist in troubleshooting, and guide technical decision‑making to align with client objectives

• 10+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript/Type Script
• At least 3 end‑to‑end eCommerce projects experience, covering Order Management, Supplier Management (Drop shipping), and PIM/DAM modules
• Strong client‑facing experience with a proven ability to manage and communicate directly with customers
• Experience coordinating onsite‑offshore or distributed teams
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint management, and requirement gathering
• Ability to write clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills, translating business needs into development tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bonus: experience with headless commerce frameworks (Medusa.js, Alokai/Vue Storefront), CI/CD, testing, or Dev Ops
