• Carefully disassemble electronics, including computers, servers, and consumer devices, following company protocols.
• Identify and separate reusable components for resale or refurbishment.
• Maintain accurate records of disassembled parts and update inventory systems.
• Inspect parts for quality and functionality, ensuring compliance with resale or recycling standards.
• Assist in listing parts on e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Amazon, company website).
• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for electronic waste.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize disassembly processes.

• Previous experience in electronics disassembly, IT asset disposition, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and electronic components.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or hardware testing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
