Compensation: $20.00 – $24.30 per hour (paid biweekly)

The Packaging Support team member efficiently packages product inventory while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include counting, labeling, assembling, bagging, and boxing items into final product packaging, performing basic visual inspections, reporting any product or equipment issues or discrepancies, and keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe. Work is performed collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Package product inventory efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
- Consistently uphold high‑quality standards during shifts, conducting QA/QC of all products prepped and produced.
- Work well with others in high‑pressure situations with a sense of urgency.
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions and suggestions from various levels within the company.
- Report any damaged, spoiled, broken, or unsatisfactory product or equipment to supervisors.
- Communicate discrepancies in quantities or quality.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as requested by supervisors.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a production or packaging environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. - Must obtain all required state permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Willing to submit to a background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

As a non‑exempt employee, you receive a competitive hourly wage of $20.00–$24.30, paid biweekly, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, a 401(k) plan, and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
