Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and circuit boards following standard operating procedures.
- Operate and monitor production equipment such as soldering stations, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting specifications.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
- Accurately document production data, including part numbers, lot tracking, and test results.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet daily output goals and resolve assembly issues.
- Assist in packaging and preparing finished electronics for shipment.
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or interest in electronics a plus.
- No prior electronics experience required—
entry-level training provided! - Ability to perform fine motor tasks with precision and handle small components.
- Comfortable working with tools such as soldering irons, tweezers, and magnification equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs and sit or stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work swing shift hours and overtime as needed.
