Job Summary:

Are you a proactive problem-solver who can see the  why  behind a machine's failure? We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hayesville, NC. In this role, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring our high-tech production lines stay running and our facility stays safe. Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain:
Execute precise preventive maintenance schedules to keep our machines in top shape.

Fix:
Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.

Improve:
Work on equipment upgrades and find ways to make our processes even better.

Record:
Keep detailed logs of your work to maintain our high-quality certifications.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma

Industrial Expertise:
Proven experience maintaining industrial machinery such as CNC machines, conveyor systems, motors, pumps, and HVAC systems.

Core Systems Knowledge:
Working knowledge of PLC functionality, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and complex fluid power systems (hydraulics/pneumatics).Fabrication

Skills:

Proficiency in welding (MIG/Resistance) and metal fabrication.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Engineering Compensation & Benefits:
