nVent is seeking a Lean Engineer to support the TRACHTE portfolio at our Oregon, WI manufacturing facility. You will drive continuous improvement, safety, quality, and flow by applying Lean principles across fabrication, welding, paint, and final assembly.
Partner with operations, quality, engineering, and production teams to lead Kaizen events, develop standard work, visual management, and monitor KPIs to sustain results.
