A respected post-acute care group in Eugene, OR is expanding its wound management team and welcomes a BE/BC Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve patients across partnered Skilled Nursing Facilities.

This position is ideal for an APP who values independence and the ability to follow patients closely in a setting where high-quality wound care truly changes outcomes.

• Join a strong network of 30+ post-acute APPs known for collaboration.
• Compensation range: $125,000-$165,000 base salary.
• Monthly incentive opportunities averaging $300-$6,000.

• Provide dedicated wound care within Eugene-area SNFs; no nights, weekends, or call.
