KWS Seeds LLC is seeking a permanent, full-time Pre-Commercial Agricultural Supervisor based in Roseburg, OR to secure and manage fields for pre-commercial activities. The role oversees field isolation, planting, harvesting, and labor supervision across multiple operations.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Agriculture, 3+ years in agriculture, driving ability with a loaded trailer, and a Private Pesticide Applicator’s License or ability to obtain one.
