Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and compliance for a large-scale solar farm project in Gilliam County, Oregon. This role is critical to ensuring that all construction and operational activities meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s Quality Management Plan.
• Monitor and audit construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections and prepare detailed quality reports for stakeholders.
• Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions to maintain project integrity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal quality policies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within renewable energy, power generation, or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with solar farm projects or other renewable energy installations.
• Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) processes.
