Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Manager in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives.
Qualifications- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Sales and Sales Operations expertise
- Business Development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services industry like Cloud, Cyber Security, Devops etc
- Bachelor’s / PG degree in Business Administration or related field
- Existing account portfolio
- Identify and secure new business; craft proposals and RFP’s
- Cross sell and Upsell
- Understand IT services and communicate tech details
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals
- Communicate clearly and deliver strong presentations
- Utilize IT tools and stay updated on trends
