Position: Territory Sales Manager
Location: Pacific Northwest (remote role open only to candidates residing in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho)
Experience: 5+ Years industrial sales
Travel: 50%+ travel within territory required
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Base Pay Range$85,000.00/yr - $/yr
Additional Compensation TypesAnnual Bonus based on annual sales growth.

Position OverviewThe Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development in the Pacific Northwest territory. This role requires an understanding of strong customer relationships serving as both a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to distributors and end users.
Responsibilities- Winning New Business:
Prospect and close new accounts while nurturing existing ones. - Solving Customer Problems:
Recommend tailored solutions using your technical know-how. - Staying Ahead:
Track market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities. - Connecting with End Users:
Visit worksites, understand needs, and show real-world value. - Collaborating Cross-Functionally:
Partner with customer service, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution. - Reporting Smartly:
Use CRM tools to forecast, track progress, and share insights with leadership. - Training & Educating:
Equip customers with the knowledge to get the most out of our products.
- 5+ years recent sales in abrasives, preferably in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure efficiency and results-driven performance.
- Ability to travel regularly within the territory. Must live in the territory (Washington, Oregon or Idaho).
