Position: Spa and Pool Technician

Pay: $22 – $28 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts

Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality installation and maintenance services for spas, pools, and fireplaces. We pride ourselves on our excellent team environment and strong focus on customer service.

What You’ll Do:

As a full-time Installation & Maintenance Technician, you'll perform in-home installation and service of fireplaces, stoves, and spas. This includes light remodeling and finish work, as well as maintaining proper chemical levels in pools and spas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing wood, pellet, and gas stoves
• Performing scheduled maintenance on spas and pools
• Light carpentry and finish work
• Operating tools (saws, drills, pipe threading, etc.)
• Lifting and positioning heavy equipment (up to 450 lbs)
• Working on ladders, rooftops, and in crawlspaces
• Communicating with dispatch and maintaining job documentation
• Providing top-tier customer service

What You Need to Have:

The Musts:

• Knowledge of Spa and Pool Installations and Maintenance
• Customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn
• Reliable and responsible work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs (with assistance when needed)
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions (e.g., rooftops, crawlspaces)

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or installation
• Knowledge of spa chemistry and pool/spa systems
• Experience with fireplace/stove installation
