Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Foreman for our landscape installation department.

This position is responsible for the installation/renovation of landscape at residential homes.
* Communicate and take direction from the project manager.
* The foreman and 1 or 2 other crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios), water features, plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan.
* Responsible for day-to-day care of truck, work area & equipment.
** Qualifications of Foreman:
*** Pacific NW Plant identification
* Ability to read and understand plan drawings
* Operate machines such as Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other hand held equipment
* Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* Possess a valid, insurable drivers license
* Ability to lift 75lbs throughout workday
