Responsibilities
  • Support key projects, providing day‑to‑day updates to senior technicians and managers.
  • Collaborate with team members, actively participating in discussions toward achieving results.
  • Support the team by contributing 100% individually while prioritizing team success.
  • Heavily scrutinize actions to ensure the customer experience is protected to the greatest extent feasible.
  • Quickly adapt to change, seeking to understand the whole picture to best adapt.
  • Possess a solid understanding of theory and application related to RAN.
  • Openly share ideas to help gain efficiency, solve problems, or add value to the business.
  • Demonstrate a continuous desire to learn and develop personally and professionally.
  • Have a solid understanding of theory and advanced understanding of applications related to transport.
Qualifications
  • Safety is a part of your day‑to‑day work.
  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality.
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands‑on approach to your work.
  • You are looking for long‑term projects.
  • You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team.
  • Minimum 5+ years of wireless telecommunications or other related experience.
  • Two‑year vocational degree in a technical discipline, or a Military equivalent is preferred.
  • You must be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings, and SOW.
  • Solid communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits including but not limited to T1, T3, and microwave radio.
  • Valid driver’s license and compliance with the company motor vehicle policy.
  • Understanding of basic RF Engineering, radio frequency theory, and electricity and electronics theory.
  • Accept and provide constructive feedback.
  • Flexibility with ever‑changing environments and priorities.
  • Problem‑solving using creativity and innovation.
  • Self‑motivated; exhibit initiative in achieving company goals and objectives.
  • Basic leadership skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
