Heavy Equipment Operator

I & E Construction is a fast-growing, family-owned full service general contractor, currently looking for Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators in the Beaverton and Northern I-5 Corridor area.

• Operates Machines of varying sizes and types:
• Loaders
• Excavators
• Dozers
• Scrapers
• Haul Trucks
• Compactors
• Loaders
• Performs duties related to earthwork:
• Mass earthwork
• Loading of hauling vehicles
• Fine grading
• Compacting
• Placing materials
• Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations.
• Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental, and OSHA and MSHA requirements are always followed
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Loads trucks and maintains proper quantities of material to be loaded.
• Working closely with a team

• +3 years’ experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to lift or carry 50lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record.
• Pass a Pre-employment & Drug Screen.
• Willingness to take direction, work hard and learn.
• Knowledgeable & Competency with each machine type and fuel type.
• Be able to recognize mechanical issues and take action to avoid additional damage.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
