Booming Games is looking for a skilled and motivated Postgre

SQL Developer to join our Data Lakehouse team. You’ll work on a high-throughput, rapidly growing platform that powers analytics, operations, and product development across the company. This is a hands-on engineering role that blends structured data modeling with creative problem solving and a strong sense of ownership. We don’t just maintain a database—we build a scalable, version-controlled, and fully automated platform that supports over 25TB of new data annually.

• Design and evolve relational data models and database architecture
• Write performant, maintainable PL/pgSQL code to power business logic and data flows
• Contribute to refactoring and optimization of existing DB structures and processes
• Collaborate closely with BI, backend, and product teams to shape how our applications work
• Implement automated tests and CI/CD pipelines for database development
• Help design solutions that extend beyond traditional RDBMS boundaries

• 4+ years of experience in relational database development (Postgre
  
  SQL preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/pgSQL
• Experience with version control (Git) and modern dev workflows
• Good understanding of database performance and storage optimization
• Working knowledge of Linux environment
• Bonus points for scripting skills (Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI/CD is a plus)
• Experience with Docker and microservices is a strong plus
• Fluent communicating in English (written & spoken)
