JobOverview
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or someone with up to two years of experience who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and service‑oriented business. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in our month‑end close, reconciliation processes, and day‑to‑day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries related to daily transactions
- Assist with monthly close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Maintain fixed asset records and record depreciation
- Support AP and Field Services teams with accounting AP and AR transactions
- Assist with financial reporting and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits
- Collaborate with field operations and customer service teams to ensure accounting accuracy
- Contribute to improving accounting processes and internal controls
