The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tax accounting and public accounting, with the ability to navigate complex financial regulations and provide exceptional service to our clients.

• Guide small business clients through their business tax filings with accuracy, compliance, and confidence.
• Provide clear, actionable advice over the phone to help clients understand — and use — the tax code to their advantage.
• Assist clients in responding to IRS notices, inquiries, and audit requests.
• Stay on top of ever-changing tax laws so our clients are always getting current, expert guidance.
• Collaborate with the Tax Hive team to create personalized, tax‑saving strategies for each client’s unique situation.
• Keep client records organized, secure, and compliant.
• Deliver a client experience that feels professional, personal, and truly supportive.

• Licensing: CPA or EA required (or working towards it with a goal date set)
• Experience: 3+ years in public accounting, with a focus on individual and small business taxes.
• Mindset: Problem‑solver, lifelong learner, and customer‑first thinker.
• Skills: Excellent communication, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Approach: Collaborative, creative, and willing to look beyond “how it’s always been done.”

• Job Type: Full‑time, 40 hrs/week
