Under the supervision of the UFRA Assistant Director for Advanced Training, you will handle a wide range of administrative and scheduling responsibilities that keep high-impact training programs running smoothly. From coordinating facility and airport schedules to maintaining inventories, records, and databases, you'll play a key role in ensuring operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates files, databases, records, and/or other documents; develops and maintains data and performs routine analysis and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal reports.
- Coordinates the preparation and submission of purchase requests and receipts.
- Performs confidential administrative support duties, including composing routine correspondence, and obtaining factual information requiring knowledge of policies/procedures of both assigned and work-related areas.
Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications
- Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate's degree and one year of experience; OR any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.
- Must have a current/valid driver's license.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of office methods, techniques, practices, and procedures.
Skills
- Skills in the use of computers and computer software applications; including spreadsheets, outlook, and Microsoft applications.
- Skills in organization, database management and coordination.
Abilities
- Abilities to perform a variety of administrative support duties with minimum supervision.
- Ability to meet and deal with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
