Library Assistant - Circulation (Part-Time)

The Orem Public Library is currently hiring for a part-time, non-benefitted Library Assistant in the Circulation area. Library Assistants working in this area perform tasks such as issuing library cards, handling money, answering phones, and working with patrons on overdue accounts. This position will also be responsible for assisting with reference and advisory service to library patrons, scheduling study rooms and book group reservations.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with the public, with an ability to deliver a high standard of service, even in stressful situations. Performs other duties as assigned.
