Who We Are Looking ForWe seek a proactive, detail‑oriented, team‑oriented Admin Support II who is student‑focused, caring, collaborative, teachable, and excited by change. Bring your energy and excitement to improve the student experience.
What You’ll Be DoingThe Admin Support II staffs the Registrar’s Office front desk full‑time, delivering high‑quality customer service. Responsibilities include front‑desk staffing, inventory management, record keeping, basic research, vendor communication, site updates, troubleshooting, document editing and review, and special projects. Additionally, the role involves administering student data system access, processing access requests, conducting access audits, creating and terminating accounts, and cross‑training in department admin duties.
Summaryof Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service; greet and assist all visitors, including students, parents, university staff, and faculty.
- Manage inventory, maintain records, perform basic research, vendor communication, site updates, troubleshooting, and document editing.
- Administer student data system access, process requests, conduct audits, create and terminate accounts.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree and one year of experience, or any combination of education and experience related to the duties, totaling three years.
Knowledge- Knowledge of department processes, procedures, and policies (training provided).
- Knowledge of FERPA regulations (training provided).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in office methods, techniques, and procedures.
- Record management skills.
- Data entry skills.
- Experience with Ellucian’s Banner student information system.
- Microsoft Office skills:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive. - Experience with Qualtrics Experience Management Software.
