Utah Valley University is seeking a student to provide research and administrative support to the department.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Gathering, compiling, cleaning, and/or entering data.
- Assisting with transcription and/or coding of qualitative data.
- Assisting in programming, coordinating, and conducting survey research, focus groups, and other data collection efforts.
- Cleaning and analyzing data.
- Assisting in producing, cleaning, and analyzing data files.
- Producing summaries of data from data sets.
- Assists with the department's social media posts and digital signs
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be a current UVU student
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good telephone, email, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professionalism.
- Organizational skills.
- Computer skills (Internet, Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good work ethic/self-motivated.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Ability to interact and communicate in person and on the phone with college students
- Willingness to try/learn new things.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media.
