Responsible for developing and maintaining business-to-business relationships with new and existing companies to raise market awareness for the Title Agency department and increase revenues. Work with cross‑functional teams to forecast revenues and identify target customers. Complete any other job‑related duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our purpose, and abide by our organization’s values.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of title insurance company or agency experience.
• Must have or obtain and maintain an Escrow Officer License with the Texas Department of Insurance.
• Complete continuing education courses to maintain licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to use title production software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in a high‑volume environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Planning and organizing abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated and demonstrate initiative.
• Attention to detail to identify issues that should be escalated to title management.

• Bachelor degree in business management, finance, business administration, or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of federal, state and NCUA regulations.
