Position SummaryThe Regional Administrative Manager (RAM) is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, performance consistency, and adherence to Any Hour Group administrative standards across all assigned regional partner locations. This position supports and aligns partner operations through the effective implementation of KPIs, standardized workflows, and continuous process improvement. Leveraging Service Titan and other platforms, the RAM drives the development of SOPs, supports team training, and fosters alignment with best practices in office operations and accounting.
RAMs play a pivotal role in onboarding new acquisitions, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high levels of partner support and administrative performance.
- Ensure administrative operations across partner locations adhere to Any Hour Group expectations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using structured change management practices to drive consistency and adoption.
- Monitor and drive performance metrics that reflect operational efficiency, task completion, and workflow adherence.
- Support partners in achieving administrative goals and identifying areas for course correction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain SOPs and workflows in Service Titan.
- Champion process enhancements that improve efficiency and profitability while aligning with group standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative support within the region.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and guidance for office systems and workflows.
- Assist in report generation, data interpretation, and daily operational execution.
- Promote adoption of Service Titan best practices and offer hands‑on support for implementation and system issues.
- Lead administrative onboarding for new brands during acquisitions or mergers.
- Configure Service Titan settings, facilitate training, and deliver required documentation to ensure smooth integration and compliance with group standards.
- Proactively identify administrative process gaps; develop and implement solutions to improve performance, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure operational consistency.
- Collaborate with fellow RAMs to test, refine, and standardize process improvements across all locations.
- Partner with shared services and internal teams to support group-wide initiatives and regional execution.
- Maintain visibility and consistency in implementation and communication.
- Provide consistent reporting on regional administrative performance to leadership.
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous operational improvements.
- Maintain active communication with the Regional Administrative Director and participate in scheduled reporting and planning sessions.
- Use platforms like Click Up to manage project tasks, timelines, and accountability.
- Lead or support group-level projects as assigned, ensuring regional alignment and collaborative execution.

- Provide informed recommendations to peers and leadership by researching new features, identifying operational gaps, and driving innovation in administrative performance.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional travel to company locations, job sites, or training events.
- Office-based with occasional visits to field locations.
