Plant Manager

Walmart is scaling fast in UT, and growth that fast either gets steered carefully or gets very expensive. Come own your work at Walmart: $90,000 - $136,000, a supportive team, and 6 years of Hydraulics put to good use.

• Decide which business experiments graduate and which quietly die
• Find the transparent lever that moves the metric leadership cares about most
• Set the impact-driven operational standards that keep Walmart running smoothly
• Build the model that tells you when to stop a losing business bet
• Turn a feedback-driven board mandate into work the business team can start Monday
• Translate 7 years of messy history into a forecast you'd stake your name on
• Evaluate new initiatives through rigorous business cases and ROI analysis

• Roughly 8+ years operating in a similar Plant Manager position
• The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• Proven aptitude for Process Improvement, ideally near Orem, UT
• Strong rapport-building skills and a genuinely positive presence

You won't find Walmart on every billboard, but inside business circles across UT, this autonomy-driven team is well known. We build psychological safety the boring way: by actually following through on what we say.

We answer the money question first with $90,000 - $136,000, then keep going with growth budgets, mentorship, and a flexible internship schedule.

This posting reflects an open need we are working to close this quarter.
