Job Overview
The Contracts Manager oversees the preparation, negotiation, and execution of a wide range of vendor contracts. The role ensures contract compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with project goals. The manager works cross‑functionally with project teams, vendors, and legal to ensure contract integrity and execution success.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts (vendor, subcontracts, service agreements, land leases, etc.).
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through review, approval, execution, amendments, to close‑out.
• Coordinate with Legal to address risk and ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract inquiries and guidance.
• Maintain contract tracking systems and document repositories.
• Ensure execution strategies align with project and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contracts management, preferably in construction or project‑based industries.
• Working knowledge of contract law, insurance requirements, and licensing.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management software is preferred.
