We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school, or currently enrolled in a program.
• Licensure: Current, valid dental license to practice in Utah or the ability to obtain one.
• Certifications: DEA certification and CPR/BLS certification (or the ability to obtain).

This is a part-time position located in Orem, UT . Your role will focus on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment aimed at improving oral health.
