Are you looking for a way to shape the future of your industry and make a difference in the lives of others? If you want to find the answers to these questions, Utah Valley University just might be the pathway for you.

UVU’s Forensic Science Program is searching for a full-time faculty member who is ready to share their knowledge and experience with our dedicated forensic student body. Voted one of the top Forensic Science degree programs in the nation, our mission is to provide an engaged, multidisciplinary, exceptional forensic science education, which includes scientific research, ethical practices, and real-world experiences while upholding truth and justice within the criminal justice system.

In 2022, UVU’s program became the first of only two national programs to receive FEPAC accreditation in Crime Scene Investigations, while also receiving accreditation for the Criminalistics track. Our program is dedicated to the engaged learning of our students, providing them the opportunity to not only learn and understand theory, but also understand how to translate that knowledge into a practical “hands-on” application.

UVU has the largest student enrollment among public universities in the state, with approximately 40,000 students. It is one of a growing number of institutions in the nation offering an integrated dual-mission model that combines the rigor and richness of a first-rate teaching university with the openness and vocational programs of a community college.

Besides having an extremely successful forensic science program, why else would you want to move to Utah? Utah is known as one of the most beautiful places to visit in the nation. Utah offers some of the most incredible and diverse terrains on the planet.
