• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump‑station projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects in a self‑perform environment.
• Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on, collaborative approach.
• Experience leading $50 M+ water/wastewater projects.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success.

• Base salary $140 000 – $160 000 per year (DOE + bonus).
